This session goes beyond just mileage and pacing—we take a holistic approach to your running journey, ensuring your training is tailored to your unique lifestyle, goals, and commitments.

Custom Training Program

Your custom training program will be delivered in 2 week cycles via the VDOT Athlete platform, with weekly training adjustments.

Running & Strength Program

This custom program will be designed to complement your previous and current training, with the goal of enhancing performance and remaining injury free.

Unlimited Email Check-Ins

Schedule direct coaching calls for guidance and progress tracking. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling, what’s working, what’s not and how to modify your plan.
