Jaci is a self-taught runner, turned holistic run coach, through running and life experiences. After running her first half marathon in 2016 while studying for the CPA exam (running was her stress reliever), she quickly learned the importance of not “just running.”

Jaci believes running should fit INTO your life, that all running lessons can be applied to life, and that you can do ALL THE THINGS without it being time-consuming or overwhelming.

Jaci uses the lessons she has learned through her struggles and different seasons of life to shorten the learning curve for other runners to see faster success. Jaci combines her coaching certifications with life experience. Although the running part of training is important, she really focuses on all the other aspects of running – nutrition, strength training, sleep, recovery, mindset work, mobility, self-care, etc. – what she refers to as “ALL THE THINGS.” Her passion lies in helping athletes fall in love with the process, while also understanding that consistency and doing the little things add up overtime into big, sustainable results.

Jaci is based in Minnesota and loves helping runners learn how to embrace winter running. Mindset and dressing properly are key! She doesn’t believe you need to like winter, but you can do a few things to learn how to embrace it, thus making training more enjoyable!
