The next round of this 4-month offering is best for you if your marathon is after 11/3/2024
This program is excellent for individuals interested in working with groups of people with similar goals and races. Participants will troubleshoot pain points from training/fueling/recovery in the bi-weekly group Zoom meetings and learn about the science behind training, fueling, and recovery tactics. Group members will also learn about basic training principles, running technique, performance fueling, optimal recovery, training periodization, race preparation, and how to plan races while keeping the training process challenging yet FUN from the guidance of Coach Alli.
Includes:
- A written customized training program, given to athletes every four weeks for the 4-month program via the V.DOT platform
- Nutrition & fueling for performance guidance throughout the training process
- Access to Coach Alli for individual training, pacing guidance, race tune-up questions throughout the challenge
- On-going analysis, advice, and feedback about training during bi-weekly group Zoom calls
- Access to Coach Alli’s Private WhatsApp Community
- Bi-weekly Zoom Group 60-Minute Educational Calls with Coach Alli and the rest of the group (Live and Recorded)
- Scheduling help for A-race
- Recovery training guidance and programming around training runs and races
Applicants are accepted on a rolling basis. We will suggest a start date for the 4-month offering depending on the timing of your goal marathon.
The cost of our coaching offering will be clearly outlined in the coaching agreement, which you will receive via email promptly after submitting your application using this form.
