- A written training program, given to athletes one training cycle (4 weeks) at a time via the VDOT Athlete platform
- Nutrition & fueling for performance guidance throughout the training process
- Initial 15-minute consult call w/ goal setting for training
- Personalized pacing guidance for all races and time trials
- On-going analysis, advice, and feedback about training
- Access to Coach Alli’s Private WhatsApp Group
- Weekly adjustments to the training program (as needed)
- Three 15-minute Zoom Check-In calls with Coach Alli or Coach Jaci (three times within the four weeks)

Running Technique Coaching

In-Person or Virtual Running Technique Analysis – $200/hour
- One 60-minute running form, running technique, or speed work session with Coach Alli at McCarren Park Track & Field (or LIVE via Zoom for remote clients)
- On-going analysis, guidance, and feedback about training before and after in-person sessions (as applicable)
- Video analysis of running gait and running technique after each technique in-person session with training adjustments (as needed)
- Access to Coach Alli’s Private WhatsApp Group
- Expert coaching guidance provided for integrating technique training into running program
In-Person or Virtual Running Technique Analysis Package – $500 for three 60-minute sessions ($600 value!)
